Cancellation Policy

We will try put doctor in touch with you at earliest. If the doctor is not available in next 24 hours, we will refund the money back on your request. We will try our best to connect you with a doctor of your choice for online consultation at the earliest. We will alternatively connect you with another specialist in case your preferred doctor is unavailable. Should you decide to cancel the consultation request, please email us at manager@mygynaec.com

Refund Policy

Refunds may be made on your request in case an appointment is cancelled either by Mygynaec.com. No refund request is admissible if you are not available at the scheduled appointment time and/ or do not connect with doctor via online platform. Refunds may be processed within 15 working days from the receipt of a request from you.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of any other mode of payment, the refund will be made to the same mode. Refunds may be processed within 15 working days from the receipt of a request from you.
